For AirTran Airways, we put witty messages on catering trucks, airport signage, pretzel bags, annual reports, and more, and even created its in-flight magazine. But we had the most fun with the commercials. At the time, AirTran was one of only three profitable airlines in the U.S., attracting a larger airline that took over its planes, routes, and sense of humor.
